At Dr Hager El Nahrawy's Pharmacy, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and public health.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

  1. The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  2. The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
  3. The product has expired or is otherwise unsuitable for use at the time of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  1. Opened or partially used medications.
  2. Prescription medicines without a valid reason (e.g., incorrect or damaged).
  3. Products returned without prior authorization.

3. Process for Refunds

  1. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery if they wish to request a refund.
  2. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  3. Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Exchanges

Where possible, we will replace incorrect or damaged items with the correct product at no additional cost.
