1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

1. Customers may cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched.
2. To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or phone.
3. If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

1. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products.

3. Prescription Medications

1. Orders containing prescription medications cannot be canceled once verified and processed, unless there is an error in the prescription or product.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

1. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–14 business days.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
